Deavron Dailey is a Detroit-born, Pittsburgh-based artist who typically works in mixed media, crafting collages that leverage his experience in screen printing, painting, ceramics, sculpture, and drawing. Artist’s Statement
This portrait depicts some of the life experiences of Prosecuting Attorney Dan Satterberg in King County, Washington, and shows Yoda, the dog he adopted after his sister died. It also shows how the totality of these events led to Satterberg drafting his own “Five Pillars” framework for reforming the justice system.
